环氧保洁 - 基面要求
1.含水率小于6%无油污，外表干燥，PH值应在6.0-8.0。新做保洁，水泥保洁养护期28天过后进场，施工前5天，基层不能再用水冲洗或被湿润。

2.应杜绝砂浆起壳现象，水泥基面牢固、结实、不起壳，混凝土层与砂浆找平层好一起浇筑。

3.若先浇筑混凝土层，则要求砂浆层的厚度不低于40mm，对叉车道的要求则更厚。

4.有关坡度应符合设计要求，允许偏差值为温州温馨保洁公司坡度的2%并且不大于30mm。

5.硬度高，要求外表不起砂。没有水泥粉化现象。新浇筑的水泥砂浆层要充分保养。

6.水泥基面平坦，无凹凸不平、蜂窝、麻面、水泥疙瘩、其他涂料、防锈漆、乳胶漆、沥青等残渣。
